SKS Pune does not accept cash payments unless explicitly mentioned for specific
events.
All payments for events, memberships, donations, or any other services must be made
through the official SKS Pune channels,including the payment gateway & cheque,cash
payment .
Payment confirmations will be sent via email or whatsapp SMS upon successful
transaction processing.
Receipts will be issued 2-3 days after the payment credit confirmation is received from
our bank.
2. Refund Policy
a) Event Registration Fees
Refunds are available only for services that were not delivered as promised or if there was an error in processing your payment.
If a participant cancels their registration:
7 days or more before the event: 80% refund (20% deducted for administrative
costs).
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.
b) Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
c) Donations
Donations made to SKS Pune are non-refundable. If an error occurs in payment, donors
must contact SKS Pune within 48 hours for corrections.
3. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original
payment method.
Refunds will be credited to the same account/card used for the payment.
